Disconnected

This song has been amusing me on the radio for quite some time now. I never made the effort of actually looking into the band though. Until now. The song’s called Disconnected, played by Shy Child.

Ressurection

It’s weird, Archangel must be about 3 years old but for some reason they started playing it on the radio again. Quite often even. It might have got something to do with dubstep becoming really popular lately. I don’t mind though, I really like the song. Although I have to admit that it’s about the only Burial song I really liked at the time. Maybe I should give it another try, my musical taste has kind of shifted since then. Who knows.

Where have I…

…heard that voice before? Please help! It’s been bugging me for, well for the last 2 minutes at least! The song’s called Constellations by the way, played by Darwin Deez :) .

Two Door Cinema Club

It’s weird why these Irish lads haven’t hit the mainstream public yet. Their music has a really catchy pop sound to it, Vampire Weekend was the first thing that popped to my head when I heard this song. It might have had something to do with the video clip though (remember A-Punk?), although there are some comparisons in their music as well! If you want to hear more about this band, go check their MySpace.

TEENAGERSINTOKYO

I’m finding it hard to start posting on a frequent basis again, especially since the second term at uni has started and I got so much going on again. Anyway, here’s something new to please your ears. TEENAGERSINTOKYO is a young upcoming band based in Sydney, Australia. I’m really enjoying the sound of this newly released track Peter Pan. Not sure what it is that appeals to me the most, it’s just a really catchy song I guess. Give it a listen and decide for yourself!
